On-Site Testing of HVCA Welders
We are primarily involved withing the Heating and Ventilation industry as an independently recognised centre for SummitSKILLS, to administer the weld tests in accordance to the HVCA TR5 code of practice.
We are also one of the few centres in Scotland at the moment that are able to offer the test on the four main welding processes for the heating industry.
As the only company in Scotland offering to test HVCA welders on-site or on their own premises, we are eliminating the need for the welders to be absent from site. As each test is allocated a maximum of 4 hours, experience has shown that it has been normal for welders to complete both tests in one day and then still have some productive time on site.
As a small company, our strength is that we can adapt and change to suit the demands within the Heating and Ventilation industry easily and therefore offer a highly efficient service.
